Jen was diagnosed with Stage 3 breast cancer in January 2021.

She underwent chemotherapy, a lumpectomy and lymph node dissection, a double mastectomy, and DEIP flap reconstruction followed by radiation. Jen is dedicated to helping women with breast cancer feel better and gain back strength and flexibility.

Jen is a certified Cancer Exercise Specialist. She offers a weekly class for women who have been through DIEP flap reconstruction. The class is free for anyone less than 90 days out from surgery and has clearance from their medical team to start movement.

No one will be turned away due to lack of funds.
