Yoga is an ancient holistic system that originated in India. Hatha Yoga uses asana (postures) and pranayama (breath awareness) to create a physical practice. If you can breathe, you can do yoga; all it takes is a willingness to learn and a desire to practice. The benefits are endless. You will notice the positive changes in your physical and mental being once you begin to integrate yoga into your life.
Jennifer trained in the art of Vinyasa (flow) Yoga with Ganga White and Tracey Rich of the White Lotus Foundation. She is registered as an E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance. Jennifer has attended additional teacher trainings with Shiva Rea and Judith Lasater. She continues to enjoy workshops with other gifted master teachers. Jennifer encourages her students to build greater self-awareness, empowerment, and peace through their yoga practice. She places emphasis in breath awareness, safety, and alignment.
Jennifer leads multi-level group classes along with personalized yoga sessions for small groups or individuals.
Through my yoga practice I have learned about presence, patience, and gratitude. I have discovered more peace in my life. My intention is to share this joy with others.

“After regularly attending Jen's class I notice a significant drop in weekly stress, increased flexibility and relief from lower back/neck pain. I highly recommend it to everyone seeking to combat their “computer” driven lifestyle.” -Qualcomm Employee
"For two years, I have been attending Jennifer’s flow yoga class during the week at Qualcomm in San Diego, where I work. No matter how busy I am, I set aside the time, and I’m always glad I do. Her class is only 45 minutes, but Jennifer manages to stretch every one of our muscles during that time and help us relax completely in the final resting pose. It’s become a wonderful oasis in the middle of a hectic work schedule. Her style of teaching is exactly what I need – straightforward and encouraging, strong and kind."- Technical Writer
“After a session with Jennifer, our employees feel less stress and more relaxed.” - From a local SF Bay Area Tech Company
